Our 24-hour service is available if required according to requirement profile and SLA, including remote fault diagnosis and resolution, telephone fault resolution assistance, remote maintenance using modem access, and on-site fault resolution.

The structure of our service organization allows us at any time to meet the usual requirements profiles in terms of fault acceptance, troubleshooting, maintenance, service and support.
