The South of Graz

To improve traffic in the south of Graz, a section of four lanes was built between the Puntigamer bridge and the Liebenauer Belt. The 2-kilometer-long clasp was laid out as a double-tube subsurface route (about 1.4 kilometers) and connected via two roundabouts in Puntigam and Liebenau. DÜRR Austria was awarded with the contract in September 2015, following a two-year project period the traffic release of the southern belt took place in May 2017.
